"Room was clean, comfy bed, great linens and towels plus super walk in shower. Rhys had been lovely on the phone making sure we had two adjacent rooms with a fabulous view. Hotel looks a bit tired but fabulous views and terrace - biggest issue is understaffed so breakfast was good and when you can find staff they are very helpful. Dinner service was so slow, not really up to standard as only one waitress trying to cope, but food was good."

"On arrival, the receptionist were rude And talking over us once checked into our room 313 it was out of date stains on the walls and dusty plus the TV was hidden me under the pillar. She couldn’t watch anything anyway the sleep was awful. Mattress was prehistoric and the pillows were flat as pancakes and small then went down for breakfast. Breakfast buffet was cold. Bread was still and coffee took 45 minutes to actually get to our table after eating our awful breakfast"

"Stopped 2 nights,room was tidy and clean, parking was right outside the room plenty of parking available, we were little bit early for booking in the young man on reception came out to meet us and couldn't do enough for us to settle in,
Breakfast was really good plenty of choice, and I must say the pretty young lady that was on duty in the restaurant was very helpful and cooked a lovely English breakfast, sincerely hope things get better for you in the future."
