"Room was very hot upon arrival, air conditioning didn’t work very well. No towels were let when room was cleaned. Someone stomping on floors on room above all night long. Refrigerator did not work."

"The room was clean and had everything we needed. The only real issue was operating the air conditioner. There seemed to be three settings: cool, heat, and dry. It was on "dry" when we arrived and it was very cold in the room. Changing the temperature setting did not make a difference.
