"The room was clean but small. Suitable for a single night stay and close to the airport. All staff very friendly - especially the shuttle bus drivers. Great lobby with lounges, chairs, tv and refreshments. Don’t bother with the little restaurant beside the hotel - food and staff not great. Would recommend for a quick stay before flying."

"Hotel is super convenient for access to the airport and has a free shuttle to the airport starting at 5 am. Other than that, there is very little reason to stay here. Very utilitarian building and rooms. Not much in terms of ammenities. Staff were very helpful."

"Se encuentra a 30 minutos a pie de la intermodal y a 50 del museo Gugemheim. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero equipadas, buen gusto y modernas. El barrio Deusto tranquilo y lleno de pequeños negocios. Pero, no tienen a nadie en la recepción hasta las 4pm, no tienen agua ni café en el lobby, no puedes tomar desde su lobby ninguna excursión ni información al respecto. Y las chicas de la limpieza tienen problemas con atender a los huéspedes. No saben comportarse."

"Immaculately clean room with a great bathroom. The kitchen area has stove top and microwave oven but it's useless because absolutely no kitchenware is provided. In the cupboards and drawers there was just one mug, one bowl and one fork. No pots, pans, plates, knives, spoons or anything for preparing food. Nothing for washing-up either. At least there were towels in the bathroom, but no soap. Bed was comfortable but the duvet was a bit flimsy, meaning the April nights of my stay felt a little...

"I'd say this hotel is a 3 star, not a 4. And it's starting to feel very dated and looking tired in the rooms. The Air Con was not functioning correctly in the room I was given, so it made for an uncomfortable sleep on a night after the temp had reached 38 celsius. Parking was overpriced but at least it was safe. The bathrooms felt a bit grubby, and the bedroom didn't make me feel clean either. Just a general sense of dirt and age. The free waters in the fridge were a nice touch and the staff...

"Love the rain standing shower. No tub. Air conditioning was excellent. Tram station is few mins away going to Guggenheim or town centre. Supermarket Lidl was nearby & laundromat was abit of distance but walkable. Only drawback is housekeeping doesn’t replenish the toilet roll daily .. other than that was great ! Note other guests love to slam their doors making it hard to sleep in .. otherwise almost perfect ! Thanks"
