"This property is beautiful and has so many great amenities! The food/dining staff doesn't seem to match the same level as the property itself or hotel check-in staff, which is a shame."
"Our room smelled like cigarettes and not very clean. The breakfast buffet was very awful and could not finish our selection.
Not sure why it’s even on Expedia’s options.
Hard pass!"
"Excellent location if you are going to the conference venue next door. If you are planning on going to the historic centre it is a little way away with the tram and metro a 5-10 minute walk away.
Room (which I think was the most basic one available) was spacious, clean and with a decent bathroom. It would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities, or at least a kettle, and a universal power socket."
