Amazing view and location

I was stunned how amazing the view was. We stayed at a room with beach view. It was the best view I have ever had at a hotel. The location couldn’t be better than here. We were right on the beach when we get out of the hotel, and surrounded by lots of local restaurants and shops. A famous castle and the trail was right across the street. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy always.

Great Value and Very Comfortable Hotel

For the room price, I wasn't sure what to expect, but was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was extremely clean and more than adequate. A GREAT shower! HA! Our view to the sea was spectacular. The morning brunch was plentiful and extremely reasonably priced. The rooftop pool and bar was an absolute highlight ...and such a relaxing atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again!

While the view is magnificent if you get the beach view rooms, I would definitely not rate this as a 4 stars hotel. I have never seen a 4 stars hotel charge a fee to use the safe (5€ per day) in the room or charge for coffee pods (they only put 2 as a “gift” for the first night & 1€ per extra pod) This is a 3 stars hotel. The furniture or decor is mediocre but fine. The staff is quite kind and helpful. If you do take parking here, the parking is like 7 minutes walk and it is 25€ per day. Check pricing for cheaper full day public parkings before booking parking with them (50€ deposit for the monitor as well lol)

Helpful staff but average value for money

Attentive and helpful staff however it's not a 4 stars hotel (more like a good 3 star one). Reasons: I haven't seen a 4 star hotel with linoleum in the room and bathroom, no luggage holder, no desk in the room and two beach chairs with very small, 50 cm round metal table. Besides, I had to pay 5 euro per day to use the safe. Like others said, the walls are not insulated and noise from rooms nearby may wake one up. One thing to keep in mind: not all the rooms have a proper balcony even though the prices are the same so if it's busy you may get just a sliding door with bars waist high. Nevertheless, the view to the beach is unobstructed. Breakfast 9 out of 10 Staff: 9.5 out of 10 Cleanliness: 9 out of 10 Value for money: 7 out of 10 (personal evaluation based on similar options in the available)

A last minute booking

Nice hotel couldn’t get much nearer the beach. Nice food we stayed on half board basis. Only disappointment was the lack of sunbeds - which meant we went elsewhere and spent our euros in another hotel

Not a 4 star hotel.

My husband and I were very disappointed with this hotel. We ended up leaving the hotel 5 minutes after we entered the room. The hotel is not a 4 star hotel but more like a 2 star hotel. The "king-sized bed" was 2 double beds poorly put together with a very thin sheet. The bed had a single sheet and no comforter. The end tables were very cheep metal and were flimsy. There were 2 very cheap chairs next to bed that were not comfortable to sit on. The description of this hotel is not at all accurate. The hotel also doesn't have their own parking for guests so we spent an hour driving around looking for overnight parking. Horrible experience.

Jeg havde betalt ekstra for udsigt imod stranden. Det var en god beslutning! Virkelig en pæn udsigt. Personalet der var super søde og hjælpsomme. Lokationen også rigtig god, med maks 30 min ind til centrum af lloret de mar. Nemt at komme rundt omkring på gåben. Maden var også rigtig god. Jeg kan godt lide at der står en kok og tilbereder alt det varme a la minut. Når man gør det er det som om det hele er lidt mere friskt, dog kan man godt blive lidt angstprovokeret af at der måske er nogen bag en og at man måske bestiller “meget mad” i deres øjne. Ellers super fint med udvalgt osv.

Hotel razoável e bem localizado

Não tenho grandes reclamações, mas não seria um hotel que eu ficaria novamente, talvez haja opções melhore. O que considero importante para compartilhar: 1- hotel não tem estacionamento e o serviço de valley tem vagas limitadas. Disseram que priorizam hóspedes que vão ficar a semana toda. Se for de carro terá que pagar 30euros a diária ou 15euros em um estacionamento a 5 min de caminhada. Na região do hotel é muito difícil conseguir vagas gratuitas na rua. 2- o hotel cobra no mínimo 10 euros por dia caso você queira usar o cofre no quarto. 3- shampoo e sabanete de baixa qualidade, condicionador não oferecem. 4- pessima acustica. Você houve barulhos de porta e conversas no corredor. 5- café da manhã muito bom. Diversas opções e itens de qualidade. 6- localização excelente.

Beaucoup d'options au déjeuner, dont plusieurs options véganes. Personnel accueillant. Peu d'aménités dans les chambres pour le prix payés. Difficile de se stationner près de l'hôtel, excepté la zone réservée pour débarcadère. Odeur de fumée dans la chambre. La climatisation fonctionne bien.
