"My room was immaculate. However, my reservation was for two double beds and when I got to the check-in, the night clerk immediately referred me to the third-party Expedia where I booked the room despite my willingness to show him the confirmed reservation indicating two double beds…. Instead of just telling me that they didn’t have any left…. Thus creating frustration.."
