I liked the location of the room they provided. I did not like the lack of customer service provided. The check in staff was great and very helpful, however the staff on our second day of staying did not allow my husband and 2nd daughter into the hotel and they were forced to wait in the parking lot until I made it to the hotel - even after the staff was notified they would be coming later in our stay.
