"This is a perfect hotel for people who enjoy a lively atmosphere. There are various parties and performances every day, along with enthusiastic staff and delicious food. However, it’s not suitable for me. I just want to spend my vacation quietly. The hotel’s soundproofing is not very good—every night, even past midnight, I could clearly hear singing and party music. Even though I stayed on the top floor, I still couldn’t fall asleep. So I personally prefer quieter hotels."

"Nous allons au Marival depuis 8 ans pour l’Anniversaire de mon conjoint.Hier ce fut une grande déception.Les restos n’offrent plus la qualité et le service d’autrefois. Nourriture froide, serveur inexistant.Le buffet réduit de moitié avec un choix limité. Une seule personne pour faire le service de boisson autour de la piscine ce qui est irréaliste. Les chaises de la piscine ne sont pas entretenues convenablement. La chambre était propre et bien équipée,les chaises en bois sur le balcon n’étaient pas confortables. Maintenant ,l’arrivée se fait à midi,sinon il y a une charge de 350 pesos par adulte .La chambre est disponible pour 15 hr comme partout ailleurs.Le départ est pour 11 hrs ce qui me semble tôt comparé à d’autres hôtels.Si vous avez un vol en fin journée on vous autorise à profiter de l’endroit pour un autre 350 pesos. L’ensemble de l’endroit est ok sans plus, nous avons été très déçu car nous aimions beaucoup cet hôtel et l’avons recommandé à plusieurs reprises. Je me dois de spécifier que l’hôtel nous a permis l’entrée avant midi pour l’anniversaire de mon conjoint,mais nous ont mentionné que c’était seulement pour cette fois-ci."

"It was the first time I was at a resort that you had to sign for everything with an all inclusive package it drove me nuts. I was constantly waiting for drinks so the paperwork would get printed out late in the evening. It was very difficult to get a drink or food unless you paid. Beac was beautiful thou "

"This was our 3rd time at this resort. I forgot just how amazing it is. We stayed in the family selection and loved the extra amenities. The private concierge was exceptional with the convience of all our dinner reservations being made in advance without consultation. They even ensured we dined with the other 2 families we were traveling with. Elias in the lobby bar was an amazing creatir of all things delicous, Carlos at the family selection pool was so attentive and even provided us special drinks. Food was great, drinks great and service EXCEPTIONAL. We will definitely be back"
