"The staff was amazing at this property - always attentive and able to answer questions and provide what we needed. The rooms and property were very clean and peaceful. Everything is exactly as pictured in the photos. We enjoyed a ceviche class one night and they set up a bonfire for us on the beach another night - both excellent and well thought-out. "Very comfortable beds, clean. I have no complaints, poor wifi and breakfast was weak but we had no problem with it. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and nice balcony, very friendly helpful staff. There is a restaurant just beside the hotel,El Mirado, to the left if you have your back to the ocean which is worth checking out, have to walk up a hill, well worth the walk. Not a lot of stir, bring a book."

"We stayed for 5 nights while we visited our son. We had a lovely suite with an open air kitchen and seating area and unheated plunge pool that faced directly towards the ocean. The open air seating area was a wonderful place to relax. The vibe is truly Peruvian beach vibes. The bedroom is enclosed but has its own balcony for relaxing. The shower water pressure was amazing. The restaurant was incredible Peruvian food. The breakfast was also delicious! The front desk staff and restaurant staff were incredibly kind and helpful. There are many people that work there that understand English a little bit. As is customary, none of the pools are heated. Be aware of that. The beach access in high season was easy and not crowded. The hotel is a smaller boutique hotel and that is a major plus because it never felt crowded. I highly recommend this hotel. "
