Leah's service was outstanding. We loved our breakfast mornings and then evening on our balcony. "We loved the cleaning lady on our floor! I would not recommend eating the dinner at the restaurant on site but it’s good enough for the breakfast included. Plan on taking some time in your day to enjoy the pool. Staff on site speaks English or Italian. Not very helpful when it came to scheduling transportation. This will be your biggest expense if you’re not careful when you stay on this property."

"This is an older hotel quite far from the center of Sorrento but there is a very convenient free shuttle many times a day that can bring you up and down the cliff pretty fast. the rooms are small but clean, could use a little renovation but are equipped with a small fridge. The breakfast lacks fruits ( only melon), the orange juice is fake but there are fresh croissants and a few homemade pies. The hotel can help you book a tour to Capri that I highly recommend. "Loved the layout and privacy and seating areas it was all very pretty. Staff very obliging and caring. Shuttle bus a lovely servicel as town is a drive away. However we didn't find out until the last day that we could eat in the hotel next door at night. This should be in the welcome paperwork as it's a way from town. The gardens and pool all needed some TLC and would greatly improve the experience."

"The hotel staff was friendly and always helpful. We often needed suggestions or directions to places for travelling elsewhere or just a simple dinner. They were always able to give great suggestions and were always ready for a car service at all times available through the property. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The property was not too far from everything and was easily reachable by a short car trip. It was not in crowded areas. Very Enjoyable Stay!"
