"Check in was the worst I had to wait until 5:00pm as they gave me a room with an accessible bathroom that I didn’t want or asked for. Overall after that, everything was smooth. The food at the pool restaurant was good The beach is beautiful but water is very deep so if you have small kids that don’t know how to swim you are stuck at the pool. But realistically it’s like that almost everywhere. I would come back, hoping for more attention."

Everything about our experience was first-class, from the beautiful setting to the excellent hospitality. "Exceptional, classic Italian beach side hotel. This is the tallest hotel in Isola Bella, and located beautifully above the beach and island. Pay the small amount extra to secure yourself a water/beach view and you will not regret it. Sunrise is a must, just open your blinds and step onto your terrace to enjoy, before going back to sleep until breakfast starts. There is a bus stop at the front of the hotel, you can wait in the shade. 200m to the steps down to the beach and mini markets with fantastic sandwiches are the same. Wow. Blown away."
