"Exceptional service from the staff (Kim, Lisa and Declan were so helpful) from arrival to departure. Food was very good- great breakfast, dinner and afternoon tea. The rooms were lovely. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. Overall it felt luxurious and personal. Highly recommend."

"We had a fabulous week at the Isle of Mull Hotel. The hotel is beautiful and our sea view room stunning. We ate at the bar and in the restaurant and both were amazing, staff were polite and attentive, especially Sean. The hotel is great for touring round the island and provided us a comfortable and convenient base for our trip. "It didnt get off to a good start when we were told there was a £10 parking fee for the hotel car park.When I read parking was available at the hotel, there was no mention of any charge. This is not acceptable. The breakfast and evening meal were delitious..The waitress was very polite and helpful.The young barman however was more interested in his phone and reluctant to help her.The room very nice and has been recently refurbished.The sea view was exceptional. "

"This place needs an overhaul. I rented three rooms here. One had beds likely from the 70's, incredibly uncomfortable. A shower that dripped constantly, we had to lay the sprayer down in the tub to be able to sleep. The hot water in two of the rooms never got hot. We waited for 30 minutes and took cold showers. And I am not one of those people that didn't just adjust the valve right or something. These were legitimately cold. One of the rooms had a paper thin mattress pad, that helped slightly....
