"Beautiful room! We stayed in the Loch Ness room which had a private balcony overlooking the village. Huge windows in the room as well. The chap who came to bring us more towels was kind and friendly. (It was his first day.) We stayed here after arriving in Inverness en route to Ft. William. The only downsides: Not a lot of places open for dinner. Had to eat twice at the Chinese restaurant. (Granted, it was delicious!). I wish there was an iron and ironing board. "

I had received an email with all the late check in instructions. I didn’t read it because I thought it was just more Expedia junk. All my bad. Once we got in the stay was perfect. "
