"A really beautiful hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Enjoyed the restaurant, the bar and the beer garden. The food was delicious everywhere, but the restaurant in particular was fantastic. Spa and pool were really nice, very relaxing and also clean and tidy. Highly recommend!"

"I had a decent stay here. On the positive side, the hotel is clean, maintained, and the rooms are comfortable, even if they run a little on the smaller side. The main drawback is the location. It is not particularly convenient if you are looking to spend most of your time in the city center. Getting back and forth took a bit of effort/time. "I did not realize until I had gotten there that we were staying at an adjacent addresss , not the original building. It was nice to have some access to the original building when we went for breakfast. There was construction going on near the property on the “mountain side” had I know, I would have selected the lake view. Breakfast was in a beautiful room and had a wide variety of dishes."
