"The snug was immaculate however we were unable to regulate the heating. In spite of turning all visible controls off, the heat was unbearable to the point we had to open the door at 4am."

"Fantastic stay. Stayed many times in a snug pod for business maybe 15 times a year. Tried a cabin for first time because the price was cheaper than normal. Amazing, shame its too expensive to do more often.
Only downside was the wifi was hit and miss but overall very good"

"This is a great little find. Perfect for a family who doesnt want to be on top of one another in a hotel. It's a little far out for a quick walk to the city center, but the area is beautiful safe and quiet. It was a great find for the pinch we were in when the trains were shut down and we didnt have a place to stay."

"The location was great, easily access to everything. We quickly found a short cut through the mall to princess street. The apartment was also nice and quiet. It was mostly clean but there was some grit or dirt on the floor as I could hear it rubbing on my case. We expected a sofa as the pictures on the website had a picture of the executive suite with a sofa but apparently that’s only for those with a balcony! The kitchen was convenient and it was nice that milk etc was provided. I was a little...

"We had a lovely stay at the apartment in Edinburgh. It was very clean, family-friendly, and comfortable. The location was perfect, with Aldi just nearby, which made everything very convenient. Everything was great overall. Just a small suggestion: replacing the cooking pots with new ones would make the experience even better. We would happily stay again. Thank you
