"Very clean and nice staff."

"The staff was very helpful an I had a quick check in. The room was clean. I like a hot breakfast and it was delicious, I really appreciate that the scrambled eggs where nor just plain but that they had chives. It was easy to find parking close to the door. What I did not like is the design of the shower door. It is not a door that closes fully and it ended up creating a lot of water outside of the shower. Other than that, our stay was great and I will go back again!"

"We like the Hilton Garden Inn and have stayed there a number of times. We like that the rooms and the hotel are very clean and the staff are helpful. The one glitch this time had to do with the toilet. Each time someone sat down on it, it rocked and jingled and felt like it was going to fall apart. Otherwise it functioned properly."

"The King room was quite large, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was nothing special but a few bagels and coffee set up in the lobby so we went out to eat. We did look inside the bar but didn’t go in to order anything this visit. For the room alone and as the room rate was less than all other hotels in Clifton Park, NY, I would definitely return."

"Traveling for a graduation and needed a place to stay. This place was perfect, the room was the size of an apartment, clean and great breakfast."

"We checked in a bit late and the over the phone assistance was excellent and the room was very clean. The only thing I will say is that it took a very long time for it to cool down in the room due to the air conditioner not working the best and the temp kept rising but it was very hot outside so it could have just been over worked. Other than that a very convenient spot in town for the price."

"This hotel is wore out!! Doors would not unlock at my arrival. Had to go to 3 room to get doors to open. Staff did there best to solve issue. My room ended up only partially cleaned. Hair in the sink and fridge had food and drink left over from a previous guest. The food stunk so bad I dropped it in the trash can outside. Some of the desk staff was very helpful . "I didn’t expect much for the price but this place is the stuff of nightmares. The furniture looks like it was picked up off the side of the road. The chair by the desk was a flimsy wheeled chair, the kind you pick up for a couple of bucks because you know your kid is going to trash it anyway. This on looked like it was retired from decades in a teenagers room, then set on fire. The bathroom door didn’t shut and the white paint was smeared with filth all over. "The two girls working there were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond for us and the other guests by helping us get the shuttle to the concert, making sure we were all happy with drinks etc… you could tell that they really cared . We will definitely be back. Such a great experience because of them."

"I was in the area for a concert at SPAC, closeness was great. The staff were helpful and welcoming . Our room was very clean, comfortable & spacious. The pool was disappointing , it was very cold and it was a high 78 sunny day, but the staff said when I called inquire , “it was a heated pool”, it was freezing!
