"Only 7 rooms on site. Ours was directly across from the restaurant yet very quiet. Comfortable bed , air conditioning; coffee and granola bars available on second floor. Hotel right on beach."

"Hidden away on a side street, this is a really convenient, well run place to stay. It’s located a very short distance from I87. Just super clean and quiet, with a very good free breakfast. Also, there is a local restaurant across the parking lot. I do a long, south to north trip annually. This is my favorite stop!"

"There was moldy patchwork on the bathroom ceiling, the toilet was dirty, the grout in the bathroom floor was caked with dirt, there were scratches on the front door in the bathroom door, like a dog was contained, and there was bedbugs in the bed closest to the window. My friend has several bites on her legs. No compensation or apology was given."
