"The room was very clean! The hotel was amazingly beautiful. The hotel staff including the front desk were so nice… the free shuttle service and the drivers were amazing! The bed on the other hand had one of the hardest pillows I have ever slept on. Like a rock to a garden… We went to the front desk to look for a place to get pizza and it would have been nice if we were directed to have the option of room service ordered or at least a menu in the room. Other than that it was a great overnight...

"I think the front desk staff was good, but my room smelled a little weird, the entryway light wasn’t working, there was one glass and no ice bucket, and definitely hadn’t been vacuumed - there were chip crumbs under the desk, and toenail clippings next to the bed, which I didn’t see until the morning when the room was brighter.
