"Property was very clean"

"Big party in rooms down hall on 1 at floor and no staff put a stop to it. Staff were no more then 25’ from party. Loud and in hallways screaming and yelling. If we had not been driving all day we would have asked for refund and left. Room 118 very disappointed."

"Room was not worth the price. The front end staff was very nice and professional. Our room however was gross. Makeup on my side of the bed. Floor wasnt thoroughly vacuumed, food on the floor. There was pee on the bathroom floor around the toilet. For our entire stay the shampoo remained empty. The complimentary breakfast ie.. sausage was lukewarm and shriveled from being served repeatedly. I have pics"

"I didn’t expect much for the price but this place is the stuff of nightmares. The furniture looks like it was picked up off the side of the road. The chair by the desk was a flimsy wheeled chair, the kind you pick up for a couple of bucks because you know your kid is going to trash it anyway. This on looked like it was retired from decades in a teenagers room, then set on fire. The bathroom door didn’t shut and the white paint was smeared with filth all over. "The hotel itself was nice, just as pictured & conveniently located, served its purpose. The room was nice a bit larger than expected & beautiful river view however to be a newer I was surprised that our initial room smelled like mildew/mold. The smell came from the bathroom which was right by the entrance so soon as you walk in it hit you. I believe due to the showers not having doors the water escapes into the flooring or somewhere. They graciously gave us another room which was better smell...

"The room was disgusting with broken furniture and stains all over. The bathroom had cigarette burns on the counter the carpets in the hallways were threadbare. It looked like a no tell motel."

"Maintenance of door locks should be scheduled periodically. I stayed in room 406 and had to come down to front desk and get my key cards reprogrammed. I understand things happened so I didn’t think it would be a problem but the next day I went for breakfast and upon returning to my room key cards did not work. Went back down to front desk and asked the manager to check lock because the night before I had the same problem. He refused to come and check with me and reprogrammed the key cards. I...
