"I had an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience at this hotel. The conditions were completely unsanitary and unsafe.
There were cockroaches in the room, and I also found bugs in the bed, which made it impossible to sleep there. The bed sheets were stained, the floors were dirty, and the entire hotel—including the room—had a strong, unpleasant odor.
