Couldn't get into room until after 8pm (check in 3pm)
Desk staff horrendous, on her personal phone while telling me 'there are no rooms available' (due to they're not ready...left that part out)
Room was musty (AC was off on a 94degree day, not even the fan to circulate)
No shuttle call, had to go to the lobby '5 minutes early' for the desk to call and then wait for the shuttle...forget that extra half hour of sleep you could have gotten, especially of the 4 hours of sleep we finally got once in the room. 2/5 stars 4/10stars."
