"Pet friendly and had a large area to take our dog out too however homeless people walking around and under trees made this sketchy. Staff was good enough to assign us a first floor room near the dog service area which was perfect the fitness center might as well not exist I never give bad reviews usually just keep them to myself but this is not a good place to stay"

"The only reason we were even in the area, was to attend a family funeral nearby. When relatives asked us where we were staying, we told them where we were and advised them to never recommend the Quality Inn in Lockport to anyone they knew. The poor condition of the rooms, lack of cleanliness, ripped furniture and disgusting hygiene protocols – combined with the laissez-faire attitude of the staff regarding guest care has certainly left a sour taste in our mouths and prompted the need for this...

"The major pros : location - steps from Allentown gay village . Free outdoor parking . Charming hotel reminds me of being in an old fashioned movie. If you want modern etc don’t book here but if you’re after charm go for it. This hotel is kind of like an old apartment building but it’s a place to sleep and recoup."

"The hotel is really run down. There is a musty smell. The front desk couldn’t hear me on the rotary phone. Strong smell of bleach and there was some beetle bug in the bathroom. It is close to Darien Lake, so that was a plus."

"I waited 10 minutes to check in. They "upgraded" me to a larger room. All floors are uneven, including steps. 19"TV got one channel. I never saw a person my entire stay and I had to call for a question and they never returned my call. The room was over 80 degrees and AC off. Took 3 hours to cool down. The mini fridge is useless. Ice and broken. Closet has fridge and a temp light by extension cords.I am shocked this place would ever pass an inspection. They serve breakfast for one hour daily.i...

"I’m not picky. I don’t need much. This was the worst place I have ever stayed. Stains everywhere, the wifi didn’t work, shower curtain covered in mildew. I wore my crocks the whole time. You’re better off sleeping in your car."
