"I had a very disappointing and unsettling experience at this hotel. When we checked in, our room was still being cleaned and was not ready for guests—it was actually quite dirty, which was frustrating after a long trip. What made it worse was the staff’s response; there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. Although we were eventually given a different room, the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy left a bad impression. Additionally, no complimentary water bottles...

We were woken up at 8 every morning by people working in the hallway and outside the door. Drilling and hammering were not the best wake-up call. We didn’t have anyone come into the room to clean or replace towels at all until the last day, after we complained, and even then they left dirty dishes and we had to ask for towels at the front seat. "Great room and service was good as well. The a/c in our room was quite weak. It took awhile to get it to a comfortable temperature. But all in all it was a great stay. We loved the pool and the slide"
