"For 3 nights and 3 days, we had no hot water whatsoever. We could not take a shower during the entire stay. It was extremely hot outside and caused us to sweat a lot, it was very uncomfortable not being able to cleann ourselves. "The hotel was closed upon arrival and no one ever arrived. The windows were broken and there was an odor of cat urine and a dozen feral cats.
We left since the hotel was closed and sought other accommodations.
I will demand a full refund from Expedia and my credit card company.
