"Was our first hotel after a 24 hour travel day from Sydney. Did not disappoint. Room and bed was so spacious and comfy. Location amazing! So central to metro and trains. Hotel staff were so welcoming and helpful. Really made for a great 3 nights to start our Europe 2025 Summer. "

Very attentive staff, excellent location, close proximity to the train station makes everything accessible by public transportation, plentiful breakfast and fabulous city view from our king corner room! Supermarket next door has all necessities at reasonable prices. Didn't do lunch or dinner at the hotel restaurants, but their roof bar is truly a spectacle. Chinese restaurant right next to the hotel is worth a visit,- right on a water, opulently decorated and Michelin starred Overall - Recommend without reservations"

"One night stop, 5 mins walk from the terminal. 1st experience of the Citizen. Reception a bit confusing at first but help is at hand, very simple to check in but remember to take pic of room no in case you forget… Bar area and lounge great Room was space age, amazing bed, the shower is fun, I loved it, others may hate it"
