Wir waren bei heißen 33 Grad da und hatten das Dachzimmer, im Sommer nicht zu empfehlen da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist und die #Wärme sehr lange Nachts braucht bis sie drraußen ist. "The hotel was immaculate, with clean room and overall amenities. The staff were very helpful and attentive to our requests. the location was within walking distance to the canal, shops and restaurants. However, the room services need to be upgraded, as they did bare minimum. they did not replenish vanity stuff on daily basis."

"Terrible check-in experience. We were not given the room that we booked, and when we requested the correct room, they insisted that we were wrong. It was not until after we showed them pictures of the room displayed online multiple times that they finally gave us what we booked. Other than this, the overall stay was fine. Room was nice and breakfast was delicious."
