"The room was very clean. The staff was polite and kind. They are fluent in English as well. There is a laundry machine on grounds. There are a lot of shops, nail salons, nearby. The city center where the tours happen is one bus ride away and the stop is across the street from the entrance of the resort. It's a camp grounds so bring bug spray. I washed clothes at 1AM and ended up with a lot of mosquito bites. I felt very safe here. It's peaceful and calm. Lots of good energy here. "

"The front desk was very helpful on how to use the bus to go to the city center and to park the car at the Tivoli parking lot when we wanted to drive in. They gave us a great recommendation for a walking tour. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. Great shower pressure. The breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day and the staff were so friendly. We liked it so much we extended our stay a day and then when traveling back through the area stayed one more night. Lovely...
