"They said the cooker was broken however we feel that they should have had someone to repair it asap. We understood there was no Tv or wifi but in this day and age anything is possible even if you have to raise the price. We were not told about electricity that it was a key meter it was only when an alarm was going off we traced it to electric box to find there was only 50p left on it we put key on and it added another £15 which went nowhere these are very expensive devices. "We stayed in 12 hotels during our Scottish road trip and this was definitely the best and also very good value for money. The room was very clean and had nice decor. Good quality towels and a large hot shower. Plenty of parking too. Handy for Ullapool's restaurants and a big Tesco just 5 mins walk away."

"Such a beautiful place to stay! All the rooms face the Loch and have kitchenettes with fridge microwave and hot plate. We didn’t even use the kitchen and instead had an amazing dinner at their restaurant. Local venison in my husband’s burger and my Maple glazed chicken were two of the best meals we’ve had in Scotland/ Skye this week! The room was beautifully styled with matching curtains, pillows and red colour accents. Looked very new and the property well maintained. ( Quite the opposite of most other Sky and Scotland hotels we’ve experienced!) Free parking on site. Hot showers and a towel warming rack. We hope to come back and stay again one day!"
