"Excellent hotel and very friendly staff. Probably the best view in the entire island! We were very surprised at how quiet the hotel was despite being on the pier. Breakfast was disappointing, we require a halal diet which was not available (despite majority of residents of PhiPhi being Muslim!) - we found that there were minimal vegetarian options, but whatever was available was tasty. I would stay here again purely because of the view, rooms and staff"

"Everything was great but the bartender was very off putting, he literally shock his head at me when I ordered a diet coke. Everyone else was amazing and I tried to see if it was just me but my friend got the same treatment. So I tried again the next day and again he acted as though I was bothering him to do his job. "Je ne laisse jamais d’avis habituellement, mais cette fois je me sens obligé de prévenir les futurs voyageurs. L’accueil a été très froid, avec une responsable peu souriante et très limitée dans la communication. On ne se sent pas vraiment bienvenu. La chambre est très décevante : vieille, oppressante, avec une climatisation inutilisable qui souffle un air humide et laisse couler de l’eau.
