Hotel dekat Lohagarh Farms

"On arrival the room didn’t seem to have been cleaned. A comment was made to the duty manager and things were cleaned perfectly. The staff even made a Ganesh elephant from towels. A very nice gesture. In the restaurant, Tavleen was very gracious and polite. At the end of our stay, I was asked if I could be in a group photo (no problem) and I was presented with a smiling face pancake. It’s the little things that make a difference."

"Amazing"

"Every thing is very good"

"Overall had a good experience but floor 19 corridor carpet needs a cleaning as when you walk through to your room, It gives you very mouldy smell."

"all good"

"Its very nice and comfortable stay"

"It’s was below average as we have to call for each every service which should be presented in the room like tv remote dental kit and other things as well"

"could not connect to hotel staff. expedia was reaching out but not help"

"It's ok for a short stay. Nothing great. Bathroom is basic and small, so is the room. Only consolation is Club Hermis nearby."

"Everything was good"

"Pathetic way to handle customers. Amusement and Water park charges, way of handling customers and hospitality expecially at the reception was pathetic. Untrained recption staff, unconventional resaoning and overpriced speciall for kids. Need loads of improvements. "
