"Thank you for the stay, the tv wasn’t working quite right but they looked after us. The staff seemed genuinely sincere in making you feel welcome & comfortable. Lugging up the suitcases to the first floor was a workout but they have a small elevator to take over once you hit reception. "

"Freundliche Begrüssung, aufmerksame Betreuung mit Upgrade. Obwohl ich auf das falsche Datum gebucht habe, wurde emphatisch gehandelt. Schönes Zimmer mit toller Aussicht und komfortablem Bett.
