"Fantastic experience. Staff was just amazing. Excellent breakfast buffet every morning. Ask for train ticket at counter, the hotel sells train tickets at lesser cost than at station. We rented an EV to get around, hotel has plenty of parking and a charging station that we used each day to recharge."

"The hotel was close to the airport, and the shuttle to and from the airport was helpful. The rooms did not look at all like the pictures on the website and wasn’t worth the value for what you pay to stay there. We had 3 different rooms because the rooms were not clean enough to meet standard expectations. The manager was kind and helpful, and we appreciated her customer care for the concerns we shared."

"We werent happy with this hotel. We got it because it was close to the hotel but never again. Room was hot & not american friendly but room & lobby were super clean. Breakfast is $15 a person so you might as well go to a cafe. Not worth the price but switzerland is expensive so I guess you get what you pay for with this hotel."

"This hotel was easy to get to by bus from the train station. Bus 510 drops you off right by hotel and also picks up every 30 minutes to head back to airport. There is a grocery store 5 minutes walking distance to pick up anything you need. Our room was clean and perfect for a one night stay over before heading back to the U.S. We were a family of 4 and quite satisfied. "

"Hot water was off for half of our stay. They offered to refund us the stay, but then ghosted us over email when we reached out to ask for the refund, even though that's exactly what they told us to do."

"Great location bang opposite the main station, few good supermarkets next to it as well. As we were the first guest to check in to the hotel we were welcomed by a nice bottle of wine & some chocolates too. Highly recommend this hotel for a short stay or even a bit longer. Look forward to coming again to Schaffhausen and city pop."

"Clean room, staff was helpful. When in Zurich don’t use a cab from or to the airport, for the 1.9km we paid CHF 41.40 which is CDN$73. Uber is the way to go, still expensive for my liking, but better price."
