"The location of the hotel is really good. Unfortunately, upon our arrival we were told that the A/C is not working. The fan they put into our upper floor room instead could not catch up. We were not offered any reimbursement for that inconvenience. Also, The sleeping sofa for the kids was not prepared, the staff was not really helpful here. Overall, a rather unpleasant experience"
"Well, it had AC and the days were 95 plus. Very small room with no sitting area or room to maneuver around the bed. Slippery shower and bathroom floor. Very unpleasant smell in the room."

Notre séjour s'est bien déroulé dans son ensemble.
Notre accueil, par une jeune fille auquel je ne me souviens plus de son prénom (heure d'arrivée dimanche en soirée) a été excellent. Cependant, elle a essayé tant bien que mal de nous trouver un emplacement pour notre véhicule car il n'y avait aucun emplacement à notre arrivée. Nous sommes tout de même parvenu en tournant à plusieurs reprises autour de l'hôtel (concert dans un bar proche de la plage).
