We spent a great few days at Hotel Residence Porto San Paolo, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean, the hotel facilities were excellent with the roof top pool and bar being the highlight. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I was very happy with our stay. Service is amazing, everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel and our room were really clean. Also, parking is free and location is super convenient. Loved it , would come back again!

A lovely peaceful holiday. I brought my daughter after she finished her A levels and I could not have picked a better place to relax with her. Hotel was very clean; staff were very friendly; breakfast very tasty and many options to choose; beds soft and comfortable; roof top pool amazing - great view and very relaxing with chilled music. Beach was a 10 min walk. Beach bus (to other beaches) and airport bus (514) easy access outside hotel. Really appreciated the shower room after checkout as we had an evening flight. Thankyou for a wonderful stay

We had an amazing stay at Residence Port San Paolo! The hotel was extremely clean and beautiful. The rooms were spacious and bright. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and the breakfast was so good with a variety of choices. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and the welcome drink. We were a family of 6 and had two rooms. The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. We highly recommend this hotel and wished we booked for a longer stay. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing rooftop swimming pool. Great, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were excellent size and very clean. Breakfast was really nice. On the negative side, we didn’t have WiFi for 4 days - this seemed an ongoing issue for anyone new arriving at the hotel. And the location is ok but not exactly idyllic as on quite a busy road and limited dining options within walking distance.

Just returned from a two week stay at this lovely hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the room was cleaned daily and was spotless. The pool area is lovely with a fantastic view with drinks and snacks available from the bar. We ate dinner in the restaurant a few nights which was very nice. My only very small issues are there weren’t enough coat hangers (although more were provided when I asked) and there wasn’t a mirror in the bedroom. Having said that I would stay here again without hesitation.

The hotel itself was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Front desk staff very friendly. Ate in one time during our stay and felt quite disappointed by the evening meal. It was decent food but nothing too special for the price we paid. Very close to the beach and pool view was lovely. Took us a while to get used to the fact a lot of shops close around midday around the area and food is scarce during lunch time (our own fault for not preparing for this). Room was lovely, we had ground floor with terrace. Very clean. Enjoyed our stay. Local food tasted amazing.

The front desk staff went absolutely above and beyond. 4 of us (2 couples) were staying here for less than 18 hours in between trips. I accidentally booked Friday night, when we were staying Saturday night. There was “no room left in the inn.” However, the women running the desk figured out a way to make it work. They were able to put us in an “apartment” which was a bedroom and then a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed. Beds for all 4! Best part, they didn’t charge us extra for the mistake. Such wonderful customer service. Breakfast was excellent too!! Not a fancy hotel by any means, but when you get excellent customer service, doesn’t matter. Thank you staff! 😘

A clean airy studio, though the property could not offer us one with a balcony as we had hoped, which was a drawback. Kitchen facilities were adequate but nothing more. Very quiet, which was positive but also had a negative side in that the bar and restaurant often seemed "dead". Nice obliging staff and the rooftop pool was lovely (as were the cocktails!). But the water was disappointingly cold. Lots of cafes/restaurants in the area and a 15-minute walk to two lovely beaches. Boat rides to the amazing Tavolara island were freely available.

Perfect home away from home

The hotel is fabulous, the room was spotless and the pool facilities were perfect for what we wanted. The only thing I would have liked was possibly a bar service for coffees but this wasn't major as there were plenty of cafes surrounding the hotel.

The hotel was clean, spacious, and conveniently located near restaurants and shops, which made getting around easy. However, the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all during our stay, which was a major issue since we needed it for work. The small kitchen area was a nice addition, but it lacked basic essentials like paper towels or dish towels. We were also only provided with bottled water once during our entire stay. A few small improvements could make this place much more comfortable and work-friendly.

This was the perfect place to stay while in Olbia. Having your own kitchen and dining area was a great touch. Laura was exceptional with her services to help accommodate us with anything. The area is filled with lots of restaurant options and having bikes to rent free of charge really helped getting around the island and exploring the beaches. The only thing the room was missing was a full length mirror and a few more english options on the TV. We would definitely visit again.
