"The only bad experience we had was with Gigi at the front desk. She was very rude and had a attitude but we didn’t let that get to us and wanted to enjoy our stay.
The rest of the staff were amazing and so helpful!
Breakfast and the grill food is good. My kids absolutely loved the virgin piña coladas!!
Love that a lot of places are at walking distance.

"This is the best hotel on the island. The staff is amazing, and the hotel is beautiful. They also have access to Palomino Island which is a private island, which is beautiful and so relaxing. My dad passed away during our stay, and they completely refunded our days that we were not going to be there due to his sudden death. They were so kind in accomodating us, and were very helpful during the difficult time. I would definitely recommend staying here. "

"The rooms are horrible all of the carpets needs to be removed it is too much moisture the halls and the rooms reek of mold! I do believe the hotel is well aware of it that’s why they have those drying machines in every corner. There was never no washcloths and towels available. The ticket machine to go in and out of the property by car didn’t work all the time it was a hit or miss.. it was annoying to stop at the front desk each time leaving the property. Staff did the best they can, couldn’t blame them for the property upkeep. The amenities such as the casino restaurants bar and pool hall 10/10!"
