"This is my third time staying in this hotel. The ONLY reason I returned was the location: so close to Guwahati Airport. Again, the staffs are not professionally dress nor speak English. The room is clean but the refrigerator is not working, towels are not clean, bed sheet and cover are with stains. The water is running on and off. Room service and food were OK. "unprofessional. initially they denied about any reservation or payment i made through Expedia. After a lot of hassles, they agreed that i had reservation. i got one bed while i booked 2 beds. unclean bathroom. bedsheets were unclean and so was pillows. in the middle of night power went away but did come back but remained in dark for a while."
