"This is my third time staying in this hotel. The ONLY reason I returned was the location: so close to Guwahati Airport. Again, the staffs are not professionally dress nor speak English. "unprofessional. initially they denied about any reservation or payment i made through Expedia. After a lot of hassles, they agreed that i had reservation. i got one bed while i booked 2 beds. unclean bathroom. bedsheets were unclean and so was pillows. in the middle of night power went away but did come back but remained in dark for a while."
