"The water slide attraction is a false advertisement. Open very limited hours. Not worth paying a premium of staying there because very limited accessibility. They charge you for parking without confirming you actually parked a car. Breakfast was limited and not what you would expect for what you pay. Missoula has plenty of hotels and won't stay there again."

"Check-in was good, the gentleman at the front desk was pleasant, helpful, and good to work with. When I got to the room, I went to close the drapes to the window, and the curtain rod broke. I took the broken Rod to the front desk, and the gentleman came to the room to inspect. He said they would get that fixed the next day. I was gone the entire day for work and when I got back to the room, the curtain rod was not fixed. The table was dirty and had not been cleaned from when the previous guest...

"From the moment we walked in, the entire building smelled like cigarette smoke despite the numerous “No Smoking” signs posted throughout the property. The odor wasn’t limited to one area—it seemed to permeate the halls and rooms. The hotel itself appears poorly maintained. The carpet in the middle of the hallways and walking paths in the rooms were wrinkled and buckling in the middle of the walkways, creating an obvious tripping hazard. Outside the entrances, the trash bins were overflowing,...

"Easy. Found some bugs in the room though. Coffee shop is good. Close to restaurants and things to do while walking. Most parking is covered."

"This hotel was very clean, staff was friendly. My family just stayed one night and there were five of us. They brought an extra cot into the room so the five of us could fit. I had three teenagers. It was a little tight but for one night it was perfect. We used the pool and hot tub. Very clean. The toilet seats could be heated. Good water pressure in the shower. We would definitely stay there again."
