I never had any issues with the connection, which is always a huge plus when traveling. The views were absolutely amazing. "In the small town, hotel is found in an alley. There is a stone walkway up but sometimes the receptionist is in and out of the office, so just give it a minute before they show up again. did not get to try the breakfast, but it was complementary disappointed that I didn’t. Walls are paper thin but room is clean and the train is a 10 minute walk down the street along with everything else. Very great location."

"Hard to find consistent hot water in Peru, and this gets the award for the BEST HOT SHOWER, and it's not even close! Also, very welcoming place, common areas available, back patio. I asked about "hotel" vs "guest house" and they said they wanted everyone to feel at home. They also upgraded us to a queen bed at no charge. Also great for families."

"Lovely hotel. However, we did not get the rooms that we booked. We booked a Family room with a balcony and views, and a Superior Triple Room. When we arrived, there were apparently no more Family Rooms with balconies available, so our rooms were switched. Our kids in the Superior Triple Room got the balcony and views, while we did not. They need a better booking system."
