"Excellent location for adventuring through London, very close to the Marble Arch, Hyde Park, etc. Breakfast Attendant was very friendly and helpful. She remembered what we liked every morning and brought it right over to us."

"Great location. Staff and customer service wonderful. Free on road parking at the weekend. Would have liked an ironing board in room. Windows don’t open and the plumbing in our room wasn’t great as it sounded like the toilet was constantly flushing. However, we would return and just ask for a different room."

"The room was disgusting walls were covered in dirt, toilet handle was hanging out, beds were diabolical and there was no heating. I can say definitely 1 of the worse hotels ive actually stayed in. The only pro was the staff were amazing, very kind and friendly and tried to help where they could but shouldnt be like that. Also advertised they had a restaurant but that wasnt open. For the price its at i definitely wouldnt recommend. The beds were awful huge dips in the mattresses. And we wasnt in...

"There were a number of things that made our stay worth a recommendation for others. Lovely old British-style Inn feel. Easy walk to the underground station. Quiet rooms. Easy check in. Great breakfast. Responsive management. Clean. Toiletries supplied. Teacup big enough for a good cup. Tea, coffee, and milk supplied in room. And the adorable kettle for hot water.
