B&B in London Borough of Bromley

Could do with a lick of paint in places, but overall a good stay and good location

Really nice room

We had a great time, the hosts are so so lovely and the room is so spacious and comfortable. We were visiting for a wedding and it was a fab room to get ready in. The hosts even had an iron to help us with our suit and dress.

I stayed in the Love & Peace cottage. I initially was only staying a few days, but resulted in staying 3 weeks due to my father's health. Pat, the owner, was so welcoming and then so accommodating with the uncertainty of my length of stay. Going through a rollercoaster of emotions, Pat always made sure I was ok. The cottage was immensely clean. Facilities were suitable for a 3 week stay! It really did feel like a home from home when I came back from the hospital each day. If you give respect,...

Booked in to double room (deluxe). Photos do not do it justice. One of the best rooms I have stayed in in terms of clean and comfort! Tend to be a fussy guest but this room is simply perfect! Bed is soooO comfortable....really good nights sleep

We had a concert at Hammersmith and chose this place as it was close to the venue. The staff were all very friendly and the room was very nice with a very comfortable bed. I would recommend staying here if you need to be in the Hammersmith area

Stunning property and superb B&B. You’d be daft not to book here. Lovely room, comfortable beds, great atmosphere.

I loved my stay here and would definitely return. We had room 1 which was stunning and featured a roll top bath. The huge bay windows gave a beautiful view of nature. The weather had been very hot but with the aircon and giant bed, I slept like a log!! The staff were all very helpful and breakfast was yum.

Clean, safe, friendly! A no frills hotel that’s perfect for a solo female traveller who just needs somewhere to rest for the night. Literally 2 minutes walk from Earl’s Court station, so you feel very safe walking to and fro as so many people around. Very reasonable price for location and overall quality of the hotel. Only things that would improve is a mini fridge in the room (really helpful if you are bringing food in) and moisturiser with the bathroom products (which were otherwise...

One of the best

Great stay with a great host. Thanks for having us.

Took my wife to London for her Birthday weekend. We enjoyed the Hand and Flowers' friendly staff, private access, and proximity to the tube. Pub had good selection of beers and good pub menu. We will be back again.

A few problems checking in due to us changing our time of arrival but owner and his children were very friendly and explained everything well. Very well furnished and comfortable. Lots of good food to which you can help yourself for breakfast. We stayed in the en-suite room. Very pleased with everything but not certain about the glass door to the ensuite. No staff in the inn. It was like living in your own luxury bedsit - very different. We would certainly stay here again if needing to be in...

The owner - Jasmine - was wonderful and couldn't do enough to help, she was kind, friendly, supportive and easy going. Her breakfast was perfect and she really made us welcome; will definitely be staying again and looking forward to it. The property is also close to Arnos Grove station (about 5-10 mins walk) and within Zone 4/5, so really easy to get to. The place is spotlessly clean and just gorgeous. Definitely coming back - thank you.
