Staff: Always friendly and helpful when needed. Always available if had any questions or needed services when eating inside the hotel. The staff kept the place running smoothly and made it welcoming and safe. Kid friendly: absolutely! The facilities is easy to get around and could even take pram out and about. Cot was decent size inside hotel room and there’s food options available for kids. Breakfast: great options available, from continental and hot foods, with plenty of drinks available. We had this booked while we stayed so we could get breakfast and head into London. "

"I recently stayed at the hotel for two nights over the weekend, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The biggest issue was the noise. It honestly felt like trains were passing directly through our room, making it extremely difficult to sleep. We specifically asked at reception if it would be possible to move to a room on the opposite side, away from the railway lines, but this was not accommodated. Additionally, the hotel itself feels quite outdated and could really benefit from some refurbishment. The breakfast was also very limited and did not meet expectations. Overall, I was quite dissatisfied with the stay, mainly due to the noise and lack of comfort."
