"Room was clean, was close by to train station and local shops and was close by to a nice park to sit and enjoy the late night sun. Was able to park in the underground car park so made it alot easier that trying to find somewhere to park."

"Staff were great from the moment we arrived. However, on our final day I noticed my sweatshirt was missing from our room. We reported this to reception thinking it may have been picked up with our dirty towels the previous day, however there was no note made and nothing was found. Apart from losing an item; we enjoyed our stay. The room and bathroom were quite small but it suited what we needed."

"The room was very spacious for my self and my 2 daughters The staff could not do any more to help Breakfast included had plenty choice. Unfortunately we were not able to use the included club lounge as closed very early in the evening and the air conditioning very poor which possibly caused the musty smell in the room."

"We only stay here because our friends live close and it's located directly across from Northfields tube station, couldn't be easier for us arriving from LHR, having coffee at the great Poison Ivy coffee a couple blacks away and walking to our mates home for dinner. Otherwise, each time this property gets worse, shower handles broke, curtains don't work, you worry about the carpet....waer socks always!!!....there was a coffee creamer that had been smashed and dripping on stairs in front lobby...

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and it was always nice to come back to a well-kept room after a full day of sightseeing in London. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and very responsive whenever we had questions or needed assistance. The only downside was that the hotel did not have air conditioning, which made our stay a bit uncomfortable during the London heat wave while we were there. We were also disappointed that...

"Zu Ealing Broadway station muss man nur 9 Minuten laufen. Geschäfte und Restaurants gibt’s in der Nähe. Ich bin für ein Konzert in Wembley hier geblieben, konnte mit dem Bus dann zum Hotel zurückfahren. Das Badezimmer war ziemlich dreckig, bringt aufjedenfall Handtücher mit!!! Und auch eine Internationale Steckdose, da Deutsche Ladekabel nicht reinpassen in diesem Hotel! Die Küche habe ich nicht benutzt, da sie auch ziemlich dreckig war. Ich war hier nur zum schlafen. Die Staff war sehr nett und...
