The hotel was exceptionally well located for both the Troubadour theatre & Wembley stadium. Having free parking is a great asset. Some areas of the hotel look a little 'tired', particularly the bar. Our room was a good size and the shower (over the bath) worked well. Quite a lot of road noise at night.

So there was thick blanket of dust in the air con vents, something was hanging down from under the windowsill, looked like the lining of the wall, the ironing board stand and wall was very dirty, the bath had black marks in it, I think it was chipped paint and the shower and taps were so dirty with water marks and and built up lime scale. Also there was an open used soap left on the sink. The hotel was very tired and needs to be updated. It was fine for 1 night. Perfect location for going to watch a show, the theatre was a 3 minute walk away. Staff were friendly but I wouldn’t book again
