We had booked the room for a jetted tub, that didn’t work properly at all. The water wouldn’t stay in the tub, we had to keep refilling it. The jets were so powerful we couldn’t even use them. We found ants in our first room, they were coming up
through the floors and the grout around the tub/tile. They moved us across the hall and not even 10 minutes in there we found more ants, so with no choices left they “upgraded” us to a different room. When we tried to speak to the staff the morning we checked out they were unhelpful and rude. Completely condescending, only a few of the staff members were polite and helpful, they clearly take zero pride in their establishment and it’s absolutely appalling. The fact that Expedia even has them as an option is beyond crazy to me. This hotel has some of the worst google reviews, but i didn’t see any of that on here when I booked. I will never stay at this hotel again and I very well might be done with Expedia as well. WORST experience me and my partner have ever had. Never ever will I recommend this hotel or this app for booking, absolutely ridiculous!
