actually, there was a misunderstanding so I ended up staying at their sister B&B, serendipity. I was very placed. Location was excellent.

Really great location for walking the city walls and grabbing a bite to eat nearby. I was initially worried about parking but easily found a spot in front to park overnight. Be ready for steps. Room was very very small and you can hear everything through walls. Loved the breakfast with plenty to eat and a beautiful set table.

Property was clean, but parking was difficult. Staff was never seen, all communication was done through email or through the intercom at the property. While it was fairly quiet, there were a lot of “don’t”, no having food or drinks in room, for example. While we understand wanting to keep the property clean, there were a lot of restrictions. Breakfast wasn’t on the property, it was down the street, we chose to skip it.

The apartment was ok. The stairs are very narrow and steep to the rooms. I felt more like I was sleeping in their daughter’s bedroom than at a hotel. The family pictures seemed a little strange to be in the hallway. The tv was large and had plenty of channels. The breakfast was across the street in a different bed and breakfast. The breakfast had plenty of pastries, fruit and yogurt. It was pretty clean but the floors were sloping. If I came again I would look for a different place

Good experience. Walking distance of the Derry Walls, the murals in Bogside, nice park, and hopping pub area. The Breakfast served down the street in main B&B exceeded expectations.

The room and beds were nice and the location was interesting, but the room was extremely hot and there was no way for us to adjust. The electrical outlet for the kettle didn't work, and instructions in the room told us to go to another address for breakfast but we were told at that address to go back to Angel House. That said, the breakfast was very good.
