"Room was a mess it was so filthy there was rat poop on the bed not once but twice in our 5 day stay. I lost electricity twice because the refrigerator and the plug-in kettle were on the same outlet. They say they have Internet access, but the only Internet that they provide is an unstable connection which will not allow most people to log on if their computer requires a secure connection.I spent half my vacation waiting for them to come and fix my room. "It was a clean and very spacious room . The bathroom and shower was also very spacious and clean. There was no hair dryer but thats ok as the weather was so warm it wasnt long before my hair dried anyway. There was no kettle. But they did provide breakfast in the morning which was nice. There was a choice of 3 pools. The sound of nature around was beautiful. And there was lots to do in the area. The walk to the beach wasn't long at all. The staff are all so lovely and welcoming. "My only issue was in the dining area and I think it was the manager there cause she was taking pictures of the food but while I was there, maybe 6:57 she snapped at me saying it starts at seven. I thought maybe I could just get a cup of coffee, no smiles like the Thai smiles. I guess I was offended. One more thing that coffee machine you need to get a new machine cause that was the worst copy I’ve ever had. It’s like instant."

"We really enjoyed our time at Faye Orchid Resort and can definitely recommend staying there! The rooms are tucked away from the main road, and surrounded by beautiful and peaceful scenery. The pool is in the middle with lots of seating around to enjoy. Close to many restaurants and easy to walk near by to find something great to eat. The room was clean, the wifi worked well, the aircon was great. I would definitely come back to stay again!"
