"Beautiful location and nice hotel, but has some management issues and hit my 3 strike rule. 1. Hot tub wasn’t working and smelled like algae. 2. A/C was not working in the fitness center. 3. Breakfast was sparse to begin with and they were also out of a lot of items. A bad breakfast is just a deal breaker for me."

"They did not inform that the balcony or patio is going under maintenance and won't be accessible. When I asked what compensation you can offer, they said none since it's listed on the website. I said, it's not on Expedia and I even had a message exchange with the host - they did not mention anything there. Still they refused to honor anything and continued."

"We stayed in The Cabin, which is a large converted pottery studio with a beautiful interior. Two king beds and very roomy. It was a beautiful interior with lots of amenities, such as a refrigerator, (no freezer). Lots a windows with a huge outdoor patio area. The location is fine. Note that Cashiers is a one light town. There is a fairly large grocery store about 5 miles away. You drive most anywhere you need to go. Very nice restaurants nearby. The brewery that is next door is a fun place to...
