"These places looked like tiny homes from the outside. Very cute and cottage-y. Inside was simply a bedroom and bathroom and a small private outside patio. The king bed was very comfortable. However the TV didn't seem to work and the shower curtain was too short so the shower leaked. An easy fix. It was a bit dark inside, but it was very clean. We would stay again"

"Okay, the front desk lady was a complete doll. Very sweet, helpful, approachable, and smiley. No complaints about her customer service at all. The room itself was clean enough but the cable didn’t work, the windows don’t work well, the beds are very comfy, and the walls are paper thin. You can hear people’s tvs and their conversations quite easily. I woke up may times listening to drunk couples fight through the walls. Overall: it’s an okay place. "The room was very clean but only one roll of to for 4 people. I had requested a cot and extra pillows but no cots available and no pillows which was odd, she did give me 3 extra blankets though. I thought it was odd that the office closed at 8:00 but there is a bell you can ring and she was very nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable and it was very quiet! Would definitely stay again!"

"Finishing quality is very low and while they are clearly maintaining the property. Just ok, seems to be good enough for them. Restaurant on site was horrible. But the beach view from the room was amazing. Loved the jetted tub in the room and the spa servwas great. There's nothing really wrong with the property but for the price, i will definitely be staying elsewhere next time. Most places at this price are well appointed and finished very nicely to give a luxury feel. This is more like a budget...

"Staying at the Shelburne Hotel is like stepping back in time. The staff are warm and friendly, our room was quiet and comfortable. It was fun playing pool in the lobby area. One suggestion: a few hooks to hold towels and hang night clothes in the bathroom would be helpful. There was only one small towel bar crammed with towels. "

"Great place to spend a getaway weekend in late winter. We went clam digging and explored the local area and beaches. Wind in the evening in the pool and hot tub. This was just what we needed. "
