"Great little spot to spend the night before our cruise. The stairs going up to the rooms can be tricky with luggage. The pier area not too far away is a great way to walk around and grab dinner. Definitely would stay here again. "

"My experience at the Vagabond Hotel for one night was HORRIBLE!!!! The property is in very poor condition with lots of deferred maintenance. The website photographs presernt a false impression. Worse, the hotel is patronized by guests who arer up all night, shouting, banging doors, and running up and down the hallways, so much so, it was impossible to sleep. On top of that, all night long, there was lots of noise coming from the gas station/convenience store adjacent to the inn on the north. I will never stay at the Vagabond Inn on Alamitos Avenue in Long Beach again."

"Staff was great. The towels smelled so weird and I thought it was just my set but I got a new set and it had the same smell. AC took a while to cool the room but it’s an old building. Parking was also 45 for all guest which kinda sucked."
