"The ease of the check in was quick and easy. The front desk staff provided excellent service and made sure we were taken care of. Room was clean, a bit outdated for the upgrade which they gave us. The carpet was a little outdated for being the Hyatt. The room was clean and very spacious. The experience on the food downstairs was a bit different, the sausages in the burrito were over cooked and the scrambled eggs a bit dry. The regular breakfast was better except the sausage. The rest of the menu options were fantastic and the coffee was definitely gourmet fresh. Housekeeping was on top of their game, helpful, always with a smile, excellent service. Great hospitality. I give them a 10 plus. ❤️🔥"

"The room was very clean. You can definitely tell that it is dated. The room phone didn't actually have a cord and even though we were there for five nights and they swore every single day that maintenance would come and fix it they never did. They also didn't have any extra pillows at all on property and the pillows that were on the bed were very small and very old/ flat. I really wish they had a chair at the desk so we could actually be used. The location is great. We stay here every year but you can definitely tell that the property is getting older and it's just the little things that are missing from it that would change it from a completely average. Stay to a good or great stay."

"I recently spent an overnight, the experience exceeded expectations from start to finish. The check-in process was fast, efficient, and delivered with genuine warmth by the front desk staff, setting a welcoming tone for the whole visit. The room was spotlessly clean, quiet, and well-appointed with modern decor and comfortable bedding that made for an exceptionally restful night's sleep. Standard amenities—from the Wi-Fi speed to the in-room coffee setup. The location is ideal for anyone visiting Long Beach. Situated close to downtown attractions, the waterfront, and Pike Outlets, it serves as a perfect, central base whether you are traveling for business or a quick weekend getaway. Parking was straightforward, $35 parking fee not expected and tight spaces. The property felt secure and well-managed throughout. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and well-situated hotel in Long Beach."

"I would definitely return and I will tell friends and family it was great . The location walking distance to multiple fast food locations - grocery story and CVS super helpful . The light rail nearby to get towards downtown area also walking distance . I took Lyft to nearby places for very quick service generally 5 minutes wait. The immediate area outside of the COVE is not upscale . However via transportation you are minutes away from Airport - Shoreline Village - Convention Center . The landscaping of palm trees and tropical theme was relaxing . The other guests I met from out of state and other countries were friendly . Outdoor seating area and an onsite bar open evenings made the poolside experience relaxed . Their fruit smoothies made by Fran were great ."

"My husband and I went for the weekend and had an amazing time. The hotel and staff were lovely. The breakfast was great and had lots of options with some other places don’t. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying again especially if you’re there longer than a day or two."
